Idiosynkrasie (8318) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 8, 2016
750ml bottle. Hazy, orangey, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and fruity yeasty, slightly vinous aroma, merging notes of yellow stone fruit and tropical fruit, peach, apricot, mango, passion fruit, additional notes of grapes, hints of mineral vinous spiciness, a grassy hop touch as well. Taste is dry, vinous, fruity, notes of grapes, hints of peach, increasing hop bitterness; a cautious touch of warming alcohol in the finish. Relatively slim body, average to lively carbonation.

Theydon_Bois (21809) - Hazlemere, the lower Xhitlerns, Buckinghamshire, ENGLAND - DEC 26, 2015
Bottle at home, 26/12/15, have had this one sat about for a good 6 or more months. Pours a clear golden blonde with a well appointed white covering that dissipates in time but hold together very well ... a most handsome beer. Nose is light hop trace, lemon drizzle, subtle barrel, citric zip, grain, crackers, straw, grape must. Taste comprises lemon drizzle, white wine barrel, light residual sugars, grain, light bread, caramel. Medium + body, fine carbonation, drying close with a tickle of alcohol. Solid tripel, the BA takes away the usual overly sweet elements of this style and makes for a top pick in this style with 12/05!

Taste is slightly dry floral, weeds, oak, flowers, citrus, grass, weeds, bark, sap, paper, citrus peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Golden color with a foam ring. The smell is quite boozy with some cookie notes. The taste is heavy, boozy and has a lot of butter and cookie. The aftertaste is quite heavy.

SinH4 (6895) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - OCT 9, 2015
Blueberry, lychee, pineapple, yes, so much Mosaic hops. Underlying barrel fresh-funkiness. Taste is some bananas, more hoppy fruitiness, a bit spicy yeasts. Warming bitter finish. Fine-bubbled carbonation. Awesome! Well-balanced stuff.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale golden. Vinous nosed with pineapple and lychee. Mid dry with medium body and rounded, spritzy mouthfeel. Vinous with tropical fruits and peppery alcohol. Elegant with concentrated flavours.

Bottle shared at Leighton’s 27/05/2015. Many thanks to Leighton. Translucent yellow / straw bright coloured pour with a lasting frothy white heead. Aroma is peach melba, straw, floral notes, apricot. Flavour is composed of peach, apricot, straw, pils grains, wood tanin, light apple. Really nice characterful tripel. Palate is airy, grainy, high carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottle 330ml (bought from brewery). Hazy yellow color, medium-sized white head. Apricot. Overriped peach in the nose. Medium-bodied. Citrusy, citric, bitterish and very white wineous. If you like white wine you may like this.
