Hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, grass, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, spicy, phenol, fruity, fruity yeast, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy yeast, herbs, belgium yeast, saison yeast, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150806]

Light hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, grain, yeast, light spices, perfume and almond. Taste is light sweet, soft bitter, light spicy. Finish is grainy sweetness, some almond notes, spicy white pepper and some perfume notes, light bitter hay and citrus notes. Medium bodied, soft carbonation.

On tap @ Tilquin English Beer Festival 2015. Pours a hazy light honey color with a cream colored head. The smell is fruit, quite sweet and a touch floral, The taste is rich malt, fruit, orange, herbal with a dry ending. The body was light/medium with crisp carbonation. An unusual, strange tripel.

Huge fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, flowers, elderberry, hay, yeast, apricot, green grapes, citrus, minerals, green apples. Taste is slightly dry and harsh floral, weeds, minerals, yeast, alcohol, elderberry, hay, grass, flowers, harsh citrus peel, bark. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh boozy mouthfeel. Fair enough.

330ml bottle. Cloudy orangey, deep golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, fruity aroma, notes of (dried) apricot, peach, minimally dusty, spicy, yeasty overtones with hints of white pepper, slightly bready, malty basis, hoppy overtones with a touch with of Fisherman’s Friend entangled therein. Taste is minimally sweet fruity, notes of (dried) apricot, a touch of mirabelle and peach, minimally bready malty basis, alcohol leaves a mark, slightly pungent hop bitterness with eucalyptus and menthol touch; prickling carbonation.

Aroma of grains, light peach, mold, light alcohol. Taste begins with sour notes, peaches, yeast, hay, light apricot. Medium thin body, good carbonation, very dry on the palate. Not bad.
