Large head gold pour medium carbonation aromas citrus brett lemon yeast sugary herbal the flavours sour brett taste lemon herbal to me not good hoped the wild taste would not be too much but really strong it blocks out a lot of other flavours plus there is a sourness to the beer not for me

Pachnie bardzo dziko, derka a nawet stajnia, czy jeszcze odważniej to ujmując obora, jest ostro. Po czasie dochodzą w aromacie przyprawy i dojrzały biały winogron. W smaku dominują słodkie owoce, biały winogron i liczi na pierwszym planie. Delikatne taniny, generalnie bardzo owocowe, na koniec wychodzi jeszcze trochę drewna. Bardzo dobry saison, z tym że leżakowanie w beczce niekoniecznie mu wiele dało.

Taste comprises light wood must, lime jus, citric tinged straw, white grape skins, mellow funk, breads.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Decent on point saison.
