Nice slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, hay, flowers, fruit stones, oak, minerals, grass, paper, bark. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, hay, grass, berry skin, fruit stones, oak, yeast, minerals, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

[email protected] 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - gold yellow coloured pour with a white head. Aroma and taste is prominent pear notes, fruity and floral grassy hoppy, yeast, light floral grassy into the close.

On tap at TCBW 2017. Pours pale yellow colour. Thin white head. Brett, citrusses, barnyard in the aroma. Brett and citrusses at first. Learhery notes in the middle. Earthy notes. Slightly spicy, citrussy finish. Nice farmhouse.

Cloudy pale yellow, tight head settles to a ring. Sour yeasty aroma, malts low, but has some fruitiness. Sour and dirty taste too, again, a bit thin on the malts. Watery body, moderate carbonation. Finish just continues the taste - sour and dirty. Drinkability low. Pretty crap.
