Gialla pagliernino, schiuma bianca ampia e persistente. Aroma intenso di lievito, al palato davvero belga con lievito, spezie, paglia, puntina acidula. Molto beverina e watery di corpo.

On tap at TCBW 2017. Pours pale yellow colour. Medium size white head. Citrussy, malty aroma. Citrussy beginning. Notes of white currants. Bitter and dry in the middle. Bitter and dry finish with notes of some sour berries. Light bodied, quite drinkable brew.

KeyKeg (TCBW2017) (5:3:5:3:9=2.5)

Mostly a sharp limey aroma, covering some dishwater. Pale misty yellow, tiny brief tight head.Watery body, flattish carbonation, a bit dead in the mouth. Taste has some sourish limey hints and a hint of white pepper. That just fades out in the finish. Strangely drinkable despite the aroma really not hooking me at the start.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk at home. Hazy very pale gold colour lasting white head. Some yeasty Belgian esters. Lemon and lime yeasty aroma. A little soft in the mouth. Lots of lemon and lime in the mouth. Don’t know what to make of it. A little odd saison maybe. I don’t know. I very light Belgian wit saison blond? Not sure what it is. OK, drank quickly but just not sure where it goes.
