Not a huge fan of this one. XCrisp but way too light, and the aroma and flavors while not off, followed suit. Ungstrup (38243) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 10, 2011
Draft. A light golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has light notes of citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and citrus fruits as well as lighter notes of phenols, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish. The body is light. Light lemon hoppy nose. Some sourdough bread, grass. HAzy piss yellow, no head. Dry grainy flavors, lemon, and grass. A tad sweet for style. Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - AUG 18, 2009
On tap. Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Weak malty aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet malt accents and a slightly chemical edge. Dry finish. So far the best lager from Brew It Up which for sure ain’t saying much! 130709

On tap at the brewery. This hazy yellow beer poured with a thin white head and a citrus aroma. There is a thin pilsner malt flavor with a fair amount of hop bitterness. Oscbert (1319) - Lincoln, California, USA - OCT 17, 2008
On tap from Brew it up!
~Pours a light clear golden color with creamy head. Good lacing.
~Mild, malty, citrus scent.
~Wheaty taste with some citrus and light malts.
~Clean crisp taste, bitter finish.
~Pretty decent pils, some astringent notes, but pleasant to drink. I actually brewed this beer last winter and all my friends really enjoyed it.

Bomber from the brewpub. Aroma is a bit herby/floral. Hazy golden color with a white head that filmed quickly. Thin to medium bodied with almost creamy carbonation. The flavor starts with noble hop, backed by decent pale malt. There is substance to this. It’s clean. It’s crisp. It’s flavorful. The finish is decently dry, with a mouthful of mild floral/grassy hop. A pilsner that’s almost chewy. All things considered.
