Tap (listed as Moonberry Wheat). Raspberry wheat malt aroma. Pale yellow color with small head. Light raspberry wheat malt flavor. Nice frutiy flavor but very light. elihapa (1554) - Honolulu, Hawaii, USA - AUG 23, 2008
On tap. Bad sign when even my girlfriend claims it is just too “weak” in flavor. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a cream-white head. Served with a lemon in a pint glass that is chilled in the fridge. Nice touch, but how much pizzazz do they need to throw in to mask a mediocre beer? Flavor is primarily wheat notes, light spice, and then a raspberry-sweet flavor. Not entirely bad, but where this beer really loses points is the finish. It seems like before the beer even goes down your throat, it has lost ALL of its earlier flavor and replaced it with strangely astringent cut-grass. Seems a bit gimmicky. Aroma – Light ale aroma with the smattering of berry aroma also.
Appearance – Golden yellow color, hazy with a nice head.
Flavor – This had a good wheat flavor with the smallest amount of fruit that I could possibly taste. It was light but over all ot a bad beer.
Palate – Nice wheat Mouthfeel with a nice easy dry finish.
Overall – A very nice wheat beer this could use a tad more fruit. The bee would sell like hotcakes if the fruit was really more present. The ladies would go nuts.
On tap at the Brew Moon located in the Ward Center. Labeled as the ’Moon Berry Wheat’. Served with a slice of lemon. Poured a medium golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of berries, wheat, and citrus. Tastes follow suit although on the weaker side. Light to medium berry tart finish. I liked the berry aroma. padrefan98 (854) - (San Diego) Santee, California, USA - MAY 31, 2007
Sampled at the brewery with tastes of wheat and some blueberries. I thought this one was rather interesting.

Draft at brewpub. Aromas were fruity as expected. Flavors were not as fruity with the wheat twang overpowering the fruit. American Wheats just don’t do it for me. swanmann (777) - Nompton, Oklahoma, USA - MAR 12, 2007
I don’t know if this is the Moonberry (raspberry) Wheat, but that’s what I had. I couldn’t detect the aroma. It had a clear lemon color, flavor of lemon rind (they went ahead and dropped the lemon in the glass.) Nice finish, even a bit syrupy. Pretty good but kind of mellow for the style. chadzter (94) - huntsville, Alabama, USA - JAN 28, 2006
sampler, was called a Moonberry wheat now. Pours with a little yellow gold haze to it. Has a nice malt flavor with a good balance of the blueberry flavor with lemon or something that blends very well. Lance was good just it finish with a slighty sour finish. ontario102 (794) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAY 23, 2005
Always tastes lemony when that put a fat piece of lemon in a 4oz sample: other than that it has a berry fruitiness accomponying a less than smooth palate, esp for a wheat MrRomero (1976) - Nolanville, USA - JUL 8, 2004
Moon Berry Wheat: poured a cloudy banana yellow with a thin white head. Lightly fruity-raspberry-aroma and lightly floral. Light raspberry flavor. Not overwhelming. Sour finish. Pretty decent.
