Cask. Medium cloudy with a thin white head. Heavy wheat nose. Incredibly wheaty mouth with lemon/grapefruit hints. Dry and refreshing bitter finish.

On tap at the Brew Pub. This was pretty grim but then I had the last of the cask and the barman gave me a free one when he put the new on. Cheers! Hazy gold beer, little white head. Smooth palate with mild carbonation. Nice malts - caraway nutty German malty goodness, a little herbal. Seamlessly integrated with mellow orange hops and nice dried fruits in the background, apricot most noticeable. Smooth mild finish with mild fresh hop sting. Coulda been a little more carbonated but an enjoyable and inventive beer.
