Cask handpull at Brew Wharf, Borough. Haze gold no head. Some yeast on aroma. Lot of good green hop on the flavour and the citra really comes through. Again condition the beer is served in is not as good as it could be. Love the hop flavours without it being overly bitter. Lovely grapefruit and some tropical fruit. blipp (9590) - La Mesa, California, USA - AUG 11, 2010
Cask. Pours golden yellow with a white head. the aroma features bright fruity hops with citric and floral notes. The flavor has a clean pale malty base with citric and floral hops. Solid. Ethereal (2421) - Los Angeles, California, USA - JUL 10, 2010
Cask at the White Horse American Beer Festival, 2nd July 2010. Golden amber with a line of white head. Perfumy nose - spices, lemongrass, citrus. At first, there’s not much sign of the "wheat" part of the equation but it does have a heavy-ish palate. Lemony, soft dry flavour and definitely not a biting finish. Overall, enjoyable. Chriso’s recommendation didn’t steer me wrong with this one. MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 3, 2010
A Sim rate (cask at Brew Wharf): Smells of fresh citric hops with that ’i just mowed my lawn’ essense...not that I ever mowed a lawn. Sharp, tangy hop flavour with a butter bitterness in the finish that is more like a butty than a beer. Clear, crisp appearance with a slight head that clings. Decent stuff. imdownthepub (15130) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 27, 2010
Cask Conditioned at The Brew Wharf, Borough. Gold with white head. Good intense hops, bright and exceptionally clear, fruity with a wheat background. Some banana notes, but mostly the citric hops. Decent beer.
