Keg at Sussex Arms Twickenham. Malty, topical fruit, ABV gloop. Some spice. Very fragrant actually. Toffee. Mango and papaya. shoulderbroken (4255) - Tokyo, JAPAN - APR 20, 2014
Bottle. Bottle. Dark orange colour, aroma is bit stinky hop, lots of malt, booze, bit of fruit. Taste is nice, bit of fruit again, probably couldn’t pick it as blueberry, caramel malty, some sweetness, cakey. Maybe it’s lost a bit of its fruitiness, but it’s nice enough.

Pours a lightly hazy deep amber, with a wite head.
Hoppy, resiny aroma, orange peel, blueberries, spruce, caramel, mango, strawberries.
Off-dry, medium bodied, mid to high bitterness, balanced CO2.
Hoppy, fruity taste, caramel, spruce, grapefruit peel, earth, blueberries, resin, apricot.
Quite light and held back for a DIPA, light blueberry notes that are quite well balanced. Quite decent, but still a bit of the usual BrewDog meh. (2014-04-18) flying_pig (1628) - SCOTLAND - APR 17, 2014

Sweet tropical fruit smells with quite a lot of hops & plenty of pine notes as well, there is some citrus as well and to a lesser extent some grapefruit as well. I could detect some berries coming through as well.
Deep amber with a 1.5cm foamy, white head that reduces slightly initially then holds well after that.
Sweet with a lot of bitterness and some citrus plus a plenty of hops as well. Sweeter than the nose with the blueberries making themselves more known too. Tropical fruits with pineapple, some apricot and mango all feature & it’s rounded of with a faint touch of caramel.
Smooth, sweet and very bitter with a medium body and light medium carbonation. The beers alcohol content is well hidden although a few hints come through.
A definite improvement from the last in the series I tried from Brewdog, Hello My Name Is Mette Marit although this one wasn’t exactly a classic either. This one was very sweet with plenty of tropical notes and some blueberries as well but it seemed to be missing that something special and wasn’t up there with the top double IPA’s that I’ve tried.
Bottle from Brewdog online shop. Clear dark orange-amber, 1cm tight white head, subtle blueberry aromas dominated by pungent citrus/grassy hops, caramel malt, grapefruit hops, some alcohol, full body, oily/slick texture, high bitterness. Really nice. fonefan (50751) - VestJylland, DENMARK - APR 10, 2014

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Pours clear amber with a rather small, off-white head. Fruity and hoppy aroma with pine, berries, tropical fruits, caramel and hints of citrus and herbs. Medium sweet with nice fruity and hoppy flavours, but the blueberries is hard to get, but hints of them are noticeable after a while. Decent stuff, but not a favourite. weark (859) - Morges, SWITZERLAND - APR 6, 2014

330ml bottle. Pours a fairly clear medium amber, with a smallish off-white head, which fades fairly quickly and leaves a little lacing. Blueberry, pineapple and kaffir lime leaf hops and caramel malt make up the aroma. An initial soft blueberry flavour is overtaken by powerful grapefruit and kaffir lime hops. The berries combine with malty notes to give the mid-palate almost a blueberry muffin feel, and with pineapple hops to create an interesting finish. A typically weird BrewDog effort, but also a very likeable beer.
