COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
keg and bottled, special
Brewed in collaboration with Jeppe from Evil Twin Brewing (and named after his mum), this Double IPA is big on fruity flavours.
The latest instalment in our “Hello My Name Is…” series, this beer has been built on the same robust malt base as its predecessors and single hopped with Mosaic for lots of tropical, passion fruit and citrus flavours. Loaded with well over 100kg of blueberries, this is one super fruity hop bomb.
Malts: Extra Pale, Caramalt, Wheat
Hops: Mosaic
Twist: Loaded with heaps of blueberries

On draught at Brewdog Camden. Pours amber with a white head. Nice grapefruit and lemon aroma. Fresh grapefruit flavour, nice bitter citrus zing. Sharp fruity finish. Nice.

Bärnstensfärgad lätt dimmig öl med gulvitt skum. Mycket frukt i doften. Många olika typer av frukt, citrus och bär. I smaken kommer även lite karamell med. Blåbären känner man av lite i en stram bärig beska. Balanserad.

330ml bottle from Brewdog online store. Pours a deep orange amber colour, with a foam white head leaving lots of lacing and aroma of tropical fruit mango, berries, hoppy. Taste is juicy fruits, orange, pine, hop, grassy, alcohol and lingering bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry warming finish. Very drinkable DIPA.

330ml bottle, poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Appearance is cloudy dark amber with a medium sized off-white head, that reduced quickly leaving some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, orange peels, white currants and a hint of blueberries. Flavours of grapefruit, orange and lemon peels, white currants, caramel and an allusion of blueberries. Taste is light sweet and medium heavy bitter. Palate is medium bodied, a slightly oily texture and average carbonation. Overall a delicious IPA, however the blueberries are disappointingly barely noticeable.

Bottle at home, during massive storm, 14th February 14. This is very tasty, nice aroma, some sweet and sour notes in the taste, familiar malt base from brewdog, good stuff

Bottle at home. The colour is slightly hazy amber with a medium, creamy and light beige head. Fruity and compact aroma with grassy hops, grapefruit, some caramel and hints of berries. The flavour is more malty and has more grassy hops, some berry sweetness and hint of alcohol. Has a soft and rich mouthfeel, and a medium to heavy bitterness. A nicely balanced DIPA, but not very complex as expected. Decent enough.

Bottle from Vika enjoyed at home
Copper red, slight haze, beige head. Smells of citrus, zests, grapefruit, herbs, basil and some fruits. Medium to heavy sweet, fruity, hints of blueberries - but not much, citrus peel and juicy grapefruit. Heavy bitter, very citrussy. Very nice DIPA
