Bottle from Csakajosor. Nothing head, copper-orange colour. Cola, ginger, and something undefined spice flavour. It tastes same: cola and ginger. The body is quiet watery. Man can very good taste the malt in the beer. It"s a very light and tigth beer. Intressting to taste but it doesn’t remember to an IPA. Nothing in common. erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - SEP 7, 2012
Glowing slightly reddish, medium head. Light herbal and a bit of sweetness. Bay leaves and pepper. Ending is spicy but better balanced than the Flying Dog version. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 7, 2012
Clear orange. Aroma of spices, anise, orange, slightly sharp but a bit more appealing than the other. Flavor is bittersweet, nice balance but a bit thin. Still, I think I need hops. Hirotoma (471) - Bologna, ITALY - SEP 7, 2012
In ogni caso buona! kapusil (1465) - Budapest, HUNGARY - SEP 6, 2012
0.33l bottle. Pours light amber with a very thin white head. Aroma of ginger with some sweet bubble gum. A lot of ginger and bubble gum in the taste as well. The zero IBU IPA is an interesting idea, but this beer is not extraordinary.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2013 33cl, new exclusive Scottish collab. brew Anno 2012, with spices and herbs, from The Bottle Shop Canterbury, not complex sweet brew, malty/spicy and slightly fruity, yet balanced, clear, small head, nothing special, yet original brew! anders37 (26857) - Malmö, SWEDEN - SEP 5, 2012
Bottle. Pours a clear pale amber color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy herbal sage aroma. Fruity malty spicy sage flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy herbal finish. TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 4, 2012
Keg at Brewdog. Dark Amber with a very thin White head. Massive Sage nose. Flavour is Sage and some pine. Reminiscent of the Williams Pine beer but much worse. I really enjoy the taste of fresh Sage so this appealed to me to some extent. The bitterness is definitely conspicuous in it’s absence. The better of the two ’Arms Race’ beers. Both were fairly wack though. jamestulloch (4215) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 4, 2012
Aroma: Herbal and slightly fruity.

Appearance: Deep amber body. Hold its head slightly better than the Flying Dog version, though it still disappears pretty quickly. Medium carbonation. No lacing.
Taste: The malty notes are more prevalent than in the Flying Dog version. Herbal and fruit flavours. Not particularly moreish.
Palate: Thin, watery body with a slightly oily texture. Lively carbonation.
Overall: Brilliant experiment to brew a beer without hops - definitely something different! This is better than the Flying Dog version, or rather, less horrible.
Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; interesting challenge a no hop IPA, pours amber with a slight red with a frothy head that disappears quickly. You can smell botanicals and spice almost like gin. They have achieved a bitter taste but it tastes a bit like juicy fruit bubblegum that is loosing its flavour. Glad I’ve tried it!
