English: I Hardcore You is a 9.5% Imperial India Pale Ale, an international collaborative effort between 2 of Europe’s most rock ’n roll brewers. This beer is a blend of BrewDog’s Hardcore IPA and Mikkeller’s I Beat You. After the blending, the beer was then dry hopped a further twice. Making I Hardcore You a beer which has been dry hopped four times, or maybe even six times. We kinda lost count.

Pours a golden amber color. Aromas of floral hops, some sweetness, and a touch of fruit. Flavors of hops, pine and citrus. Light body with a bittersweet finish and long aftertaste.

Jamen! Jeg forventer noget stort hver gang jeg for en øl fra Mikkeller, og det har jeg også fået denne gang. Der er rigtig meget aroma i, og ikke mindst humle. Virkelig bitter, og duften er som at stikke næsen i en humlepose.

Amber color with an off white head. Aroma of hops and malt. Taste of hops, sweet malt and slight alcohol. A well balanced beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2017 Pours orange like color, haze, with foamy stable yellowish off-white head. Visually low carbonation. Aroma: intense hop aroma, which takes on some tropical fruits, like mango, papaya, some peaches, etc., with malt aroma in the background, which reminds on caramel, but with more like biscuit character. Flavor: intense, with surprisingly high malt flavors, which takes on biscuit, toffee, with note of liquorice, mint, peppermint, and stong hop flavors, which takes on pine, tropical fruits, peaches and some citruses. Finish is slightly bitter, sticky/dry. Body is medium to full, carbonation is soft, texture is silky.

Malts, caramel, sweet overripe fruit, hops.

Slightly turbid amber beer with a slight off-white head.

Starts sweet with malts and overripe fruit; gets more bitter towards the end; ends slightly bitter and hoppy.

Even een borrel na de bevalling! Diep warm honingzoet, kruidige hop, soort van koude sinasappelthee met balsamico en suiker. Hoptoeter. Op ’t leven. Backlog from 2015/02/06.
