Keg at BrewDog Glasgow... Lovely beer! Strong fruity & coffee notes throughout. Grainy espresso aroma, sharp coffee up front with a fruity hop flavour blended with a dry hop milky finish. Nice beer from two great breweries! With the recent Adnams collaboration its great to get some new Stone beers in the UK! StuBrew (19) - - DEC 9, 2013
Enjoyed at Stone tap takeover @brewdogleeds. I’m told that stone basically took libertine black and pumped some high quality coffee in there. I love coffee, but like with beer, I want good coffee. The taste of this was lovely. Nice solid black IPA ...then a beautiful, smooth, high quality, espresso flavour comes through at the end. Curious to know what coffee is used - check it out. Great stuff. Was feeling a little tired but the caffeine in this perked me up nicely! mR_fr0g (13517) - Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 13, 2013

Keg at Brewdog Birmingham. Coffee yes, but big and fruity also. The BIPA hoppage sits just below the surface, gently kneading both the fruit and coffee. Strange, but nice. Somewhat sweet and filling. ansalon (4123) - Stockholm, SWEDEN, SWEDEN - FEB 10, 2014
Pours black with a low tan head. Aroma is very fruity: mango, peach, apricot, along with roasted malts, hints of coffee and hay. Taste is tropical fruit, coffee, chocolate. Aftertaste is chocolaty and fruity. Very good!

Keg at Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours jet black, long-lasting light tan head. Big hop aromas, "Brewdog signature aromas" according to jeevan. Resinous and grapefruit I thought. Coffee comes through on the taste, with more hops. Creamy texture and long bitter finish. Very enjoyable. Scopey (15747) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 11, 2013
Keg at BD Camden. It pours black with a thick, creamy tan head. The nose is juicy pine, earth, roasty, toast, coffe grinds and some faint grassy/herbal accent comes through on the tail end. The taste is bitter, pine, toast, espresso coffee, resinous, earthy grinds, mild acidity, grapefruit rind, dark chocolate and touch of pepper with a dry, bitter finish. Medium+ body and moderate carbonation. Bold, brash and damn bitter. Pretty tasty and enjoyable stuff. RichTheVillan (8248) - Birmingham, West Midlands, ENGLAND - DEC 12, 2013
