COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
5am Saint is The Holy Grail of red ales. We live in a world of disposable deities. Someone, somehow has managed to press that big, flashing moronic override button and we’re hard wired straight into the pockets of false idols trying to make a quick buck. Sadly, for a lot of people the same mentality applies to beer. But who’s to know what’s worth worshiping when monolithic advertising budgets have you sucked down the rabbit hole in the blink of an eye? At BrewDog we are on a mission to open as many people’s eyes as possible. Cast away any aspersions and let the crook of BrewDog be your guide in a whirlwind of conformity and mediocrity. Once this ruby liquid forms a foamy halo around your glass, you’ll never want to look back.
Malts: Maris Otter, Caramalt, Munich Malt, Crystal and Dark Crystal Malts
Hops:Cascade, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Ahtanum, Centennial
Twist: Loads of late hops and bucket-loads of dry hops

Do i recommend it?: yeah, well if you want a quite funny beer to drink with alot of taste and sweetness ok. But it does not fully fold into my taste. Will I drink it again?: probably not in a couple of years. Maybe ice cold (god forbid) a warm summers eve ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Wow wow wow. Not a bad beer at all. When you hold it up to the light it looks superb. That's how I judge my beers. Judge me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Como casi todas muy sobrevalorada para el contenido de la botella. Sus mejores facetas, aroma y visual.

Bottle from Maryhill Tesco, Glasgow. Beer served in 9°C, Duvel Glass. Pours dark ruby, nice thick head. Aroma is lemony, mandarin, resin, hoppy. Quite pleasant but disappears very quickly. Taste is malty, earthy and herbal hops, caramel, glucose, metallic, irony.

Nice flavour with a little bitterness at the end. I'd order a second pint and then look for the next taste sensation for the third. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: JUL 15, 2017 Aroma: Toasted and citrus fruit notes. Appearance: Red/brown color with cloudy liquid and white/tan head. Taste: Light sweetness with light sour notes. Palate: Medium body with oily texture and lively carbonation. Sweet and bitter roasted finish. Overall: Toasted feeling but the hops leave a great memory.

Pours a somewhat hazy red-amber. Foamy off-white head with strong lacing. Aroma has prominent caramel malt notes with subdued fruity hops in the background. Relatively sweet flavour. The bitterness lurks in the background. Finish is dry. Light-medium bodied. It’s fairly subtle and I like that.
