5am Saint is The Holy Grail of red ales. We live in a world of disposable deities. Someone, somehow has managed to press that big, flashing moronic override button and we’re hard wired straight into the pockets of false idols trying to make a quick buck. Sadly, for a lot of people the same mentality applies to beer. But who’s to know what’s worth worshiping when monolithic advertising budgets have you sucked down the rabbit hole in the blink of an eye? At BrewDog we are on a mission to open as many people’s eyes as possible. Cast away any aspersions and let the crook of BrewDog be your guide in a whirlwind of conformity and mediocrity. Once this ruby liquid forms a foamy halo around your glass, you’ll never want to look back.
Malts: Maris Otter, Caramalt, Munich Malt, Crystal and Dark Crystal Malts
Hops:Cascade, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Ahtanum, Centennial
Twist: Loads of late hops and bucket-loads of dry hops

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2018 Pivo u flaši. To definitivno nije moj stil pive.

Solid white head, lasting quite long. Extremely drinkable! Sweetness perfectly balanced with bitterness. Thank you BrewDog ;) I want more ;)

yerffoeg (83) - Dinant, BELGIUM - JAN 13, 2018

the_beergery (183) - - JAN 10, 2018
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2018 330 ml bottle. Appearance is dark amber topped with 1 finger of persistent off white froth. Aromas are a complex mix of fruity and floral hops, along with caramel malts. Taste is similar complex, but with the sweet caramel malts on top with a hint of resin, over fruit and pine hoppy notes. Slightly light to medium bodied, but with just-so carbonation. A perennial fave!

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 A pint On draft at Brewdog Soho. Clear Dark Golden with little white head. Malt, hops .

Very malty/bready, and fruity. Aroma: Caramel, roasted malts, liquorice, raisins, herbal touch. Taste: Caramel, toasted bread, fruity, rather sweet. After all, a pretty complex beer

Very good ale. Enjoy taking this one whenever i can. One of the beers that got me into craft beer.

defabant (60) - ITALY - DEC 30, 2017
Molto beverina, consigliata.

Bottle. Aroma of spice, caramel, and citrus fruits. Mild biscuity taste, clean finish. Some marmalade in there. Fine but a little plain.
