COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It’s time for our interpretation of the classic Italian tiramisu dessert - AB:20. A blend of an epic English barley wine brewed with coffee, oats and milk.

AB:20 has a deep and alluring nose of molasses, brandy and a spicy hit from the rum cask. On the palate are rich, decadent flavours of coffee bean, chocolate and vanilla. Expect a full bodied and chewy brew with notes of caramel and biscuit. This beer gains complexity as it warms in the glass. Enjoy!

Pours deep amber with a thin quickly receding head. Aroma is heavily malty sweet with notes of cocoa, coffee, vanilla, caramel and oak. Taste is sweet with a lot of caramel and coffee and notes of vanilla, oak, alcohol, dried fuits.

0,375l bottle at home shared with Rob from trade with Sebilinz, big thanks. Bottled 14.03.2016. brown color. very small tean head. smells of rum, herbal, light booze, nutty, earthy, liqueur, almost smoky, cinnamon, licorice, grassy. very nice smell. full body, basically no carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, nutty, some cinnamon, sweetness, caramel, wood, rum, some booze, peppery, dried fruits. finishes medium sweet with notes of rum, nuts and cinnamon. very nice one, very heavily sweet though, balance could be a bit better, but overall nice complexity. nice cinnamon notes.

Sweet, spicy, caramel. Moderate bitterness, but extends to a tight, slightly astringent finish, which nicely balances the sweetness. Coffee and coriander have been used very effectively. Strong, obviously. A pleasant surprise. Glad that I have another bottle in the cellar. If I can find it.

Bottle, 375 ml from Pivoteka. courtesy of JFK10000. Pours brown, no head. Very nice chocolate aroma, nuts, caramel, dried fruit, molasses, warming, quite sweet. Bit oily, doft carbonation. Medium to full bodied. Seems that about a year in a bottle did good to this one.

hrabren (2044) - Zagreb, CROATIA - DEC 4, 2017
Light brown with an orange tint, minimal head. Chilli, malts, spice, alcohol, some chocolate and figs. Alcoholic and sweet. Full body, smooth, warming, moderate finish. Spicy, nicely done, but not impressive.

murzyn (664) - Sosnowiec, POLAND - DEC 1, 2017
Barwa miedziana, piana malutka. Aromat karmelu, cukru, kawa, czekolada, lekki alko, czerwone owoce. W smaku kawowy, karmelowy, lekko likierowy, czekoladowy. Trochę takie ciastko tiramisu w płynie. Alko wyczuwalne ale nie przeszkadzające. Fajne pifko.

Almost clear deep amber beer, no real head. Palate is smooth and slightly viscous, mild superfine carbonation. Nice burned sugar, caramel and vanilla. Little spice. Toffee on the back end. Caramel liqueur underneath. Quite a light finish. Very nicely done, it's a big beast of a beer but very drinkable and I enjoyed every sip.
