Single hop awesomeness, shining a spotlight on our favourite ingredient, the not so humble hop. Ace of Chinook has the ultimate poker face - this session IPA is low in strength but has an ace in the hole - devastating hoppy aroma & flavour.

This session IPA has been bombarded with Chinook. Mango, pine, and grapefruit explode from the glass, firing off from a light, complex toasty malt base. Low voltage, high amplitude hops, in their purest form.

Sigmund (7963) - Tau, NORWAY - JUN 14, 2017
330 ml bottle, batch #160267, from Coop Extra, Farsund. BB date May 1st 2017. ABV is 4.5%. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Not very exciting aroma of moderate hops and stale jam. The flavour is better, medium dry with decent hops throughout, and a well balanced bitterness.

TedE (1498) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUN 10, 2017
330ml bottle into glass. Pours a slightly hazy amber with a frothy white head. High and fine carbonation. Aroma of malt, spice, grass. Flat mouthfeel, light body. Finish is lightly tangy and sour. Very pleasant quaffer with a distinctive hop note at the end.

mviljamaa (196) - FINLAND - APR 11, 2017
Pours with foamy foam. Color is nice dark orange. Aroma is fruity and hoppy and has dark fruits, some yeast, some grape fruit notes (but not as pronounced as in IPAs usually). Palate is very well balanced and the carbonation is suitable. Aroma is light and elegant and is mainly hops and some grain alcohol like notes. Maybe a bit of grape fruit and lemon peel, but again not as pronounced as in IPAs usually. Maybe a bit boring, but still a very good beer.

GuideDogSaint (1767) - Xiamen, CHINA - APR 4, 2017
