Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and heavy bitter with a long to average duration, harsh - sharp bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. 
From cask at Wenlocks Arms. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small white head. Aroma is hoppy and fruity. Light breadish malty note. Roasted malt base with a nice fruity note on top. Cask @ Wenlock Arms, City Road N1. Pours a reddish amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy pine aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter flavor. Has a sweetish malty hoppy finish.

Clear red-amber beer, nice cream coloured head. Light hoppy nose. Softish palate, a little dry. Very mild carbonation. Good malt base with a trace of caramel. Nicely balanced hops - tangy orange marmalade but pretty bitter. A whisper of red fruit, strawberry. Semi dry long bitter finish.
