Tap at CBC. Clear amber with low carbonation. Nose is spice adjunct and medicinal overload. Taste is chamomile tea, overly spiced with adjuncts. Total saison fail. Or maybe this is making fun of American saisons?? Maybe try some Stillwater or Hill Farmstead stuff ;) bernatbeer (420) - barcelona, SPAIN - MAY 16, 2012

CBC 2012,Copenhagen. Clear golden beer with a small head. Fruity and a bit spicy aroma. Fruity sourish flavour. KnutAlbert (6753) - Oslo, NORWAY - MAY 15, 2012
Keg at CBC.
Nice funky saison character. Barnyard. I don’t get any American influence here, though. Very decent saison, let’s hope they go further in this direction, too.

Sample @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pours clear golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is sweet, malty and spicy with cookie dough, hay, tangerines, white pepper, cloves and crackers. Taste is sweet and malty with bread, orange peal, grass, cloves, hay, allspice, dry soil and hints of caramel. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny dry and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with bread, orange peal and hay. JanLaursen (3227) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 13, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 26, 2012 Tap at CBC. Clear light amber with a small off white head. Quite malty aroma for a saison - caramel, plus notes of herbs (sage?), faint flowery hops, peppery spices. Taste is sweet caramel, toffee, herbal dry finish. Vapid, flat, too sweet. rlgk (18850) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - MAY 11, 2012
Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Golden beer, small head. Perfume aroma, fruity, hoppy, grass notes. Sourish flavor, perfume, hair salon, fruity notes. Rune (12947) - Tromsø, NORWAY - MAY 4, 2012
Was added to the draft menu during my Saturday afternoon at the BrewDog bar in Edinburgh, half pint. Clear and deep dark amber body, headless apart from a circular edge. Perfumed herbal hops to the nose. Comprehensive flavour character with dried and fresh fruits added by caramel malts and spicy hints. Natural, soft carbonated. Fresh and fruity on the swallow, 14.04.2012. Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 28, 2012
On keg at BrewDog. Pours a dark golden colour with a thin beige head. Aroma of tangerines, rosemary, basil and ginger. Liight juniper and just a little soap. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Lingering rosemary, ginger and soap. Reminds me of Williams Fraoch.
