Bottle at Biergasthof Schiffner, by far the best place outside Scotland to drink Brewdog! Deep golden colour with crisp white head. Fruity nose with a heavy butter note. Fresh but medicinal herbal notes on the tongue.
Benjii (3049) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 18, 2012
On keg at The BrewDog Bar, Edinburgh. Pours a golden colour with a decent white head. The aroma is a little sour with a Belgian yeast character. Lemon, oak, Werther’s original caramels and raspberry characters. Moderate carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. Nice and dry to finish. I really enjoyed this. angelkostvo (1233) - CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 22, 2013
Orange color with two fingers white head. Aroma of oak, vanilla, caramel, honey, bananas, grass. Taste is light sweet, light sour, lemon zest flavor. Light to medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very interesting brew

Keg at BrewDog Edinburgh. Pale yellow amber, thin white head. Soft lager malts on the nose, subtle grassy hops and a big whack of oaky vanilla. Surprisingly dry front, with well balanced lager malts. Nice full body from the oak, and a balanced peppery noble hop character. I was skeptical, but this is actually very good. flying_pig (1571) - SCOTLAND - AUG 18, 2012

Some sourness straight off the bat with a mix of lager malts and some vanilla. The smell is very sweet and I can detect some butterscotch and a touch of oak. The smell of this one is great with a touch of grain and alcohol right at the end.
Bright but slightly cloudy golden amber colour with a thin, patchy lacing in lieu of a head. There is some build up of lacing around the sides though and the colour itself is a nice one.
Good sweet notes to begin with mixing a combination of vanilla, butterscotch and a touch of spice and grain. There is some pepper and a little citrus with hints of orange and apricot and a very nice, alcohol laced sweet finish.
Sweet with a good mix of fruits, there is some grain and alcohol present but it is subdued and carbonation is mild to low with a medium body. The finish is a wet some and the sweetness lingers for some time after the drink is swallowed.
Sweet tasting beer with a great mix of vanilla and butterscotch that leaves you wanting more. There is some grain and touches of alcohol that although enjoyable could have done with being slightly weaker.
Tap at BD Aberdeen. Clear golden yellow with a white head. Slightly weak aroma, pleasant though, caramel and vanilla with a little bready yeast. Taste has caramel and vanilla with a little cookie dough. Slightly oily with a lingering lager yeast finish. I quite liked this, like tamer more balanced innis and gun Fin (10531) - Merton, Oxfordshire, England, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 9, 2012
Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Gent, Belgium 8th June 2012 consumed sat outside Frank (camper) at Bredene-aan-Zee, West Flanders, Belgium the same day. Clear as clear can be, warm gold in colour with a white head. Loz gets butterscotch on the nose, she has now changed her mind to fudge, I got sizzling blackening butter. A decent and very interesting beer, the barrel ageing certainly adds something to this. This is deceptive as the strength does not hit you as much as you might expect. Tangy, fruity edge, soft carbonation lightly numbing bitterness. Good. A7 A5 T7 P4 Ov14 3.7 Cuso (8685) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - JUL 31, 2012
