This is probably one of those reviews that prove rating beer as a bit of a farce, I clearly don't get on with the style. I tired to get into this beer as underneath aroma's and flavors I found quite unpleasant it does have complexity and hints of absolute genius, but ultimately 1/3 of the bottle went down the sink. Aroma is sweaty gym kit, cacao and vanilla. Taste is a tangy stale bang which develops into a very pleasant warm chocolate, vanilla and fruit (citrus forward) RichardGretton (4899) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 15, 2017

, Leicester. Amber beer with a reasonable head. The aroma is airy, and the flavour is in some ways rich with a gentle roasted bitterness. Overall a nice but quite indescribable beer.

September 2017 - Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza. As 'BrewDog Beatnik Blonde Export Stout'. Golden orange, translucent, still, foamy off-white head leaves dotted lacing. Aroma is straw, biscuity malts. Body is smooth with tingly carbonation. Taste is biscuity, sugary, crisp and clean into the finish. OK. (7-4-7-3-15=3.6) Taschert (201) - FRANCE - NOV 23, 2017

Sweet, dark malts, grain and cereal malts. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light bitter. More dark malts, grain and cereal, toasted malts, soft carbonation, medium bodied. Interesting Stout, clear as gold and yet dark in flavour. Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza 17, Canada Water.

Draft at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017 - London. Pours clear orange with a creamy, white head. Nice coffee elements, some pale bread, semi-ripe citrus. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, some lingering coffee, creamy vanilla. Fun stuff. Cokemonkey11 (1177) - - OCT 1, 2017
Bottle. Pale golden and slightly chestnut brown with a nice foam subsiding. Scent is lovely notes of almonds and dry cereal malt. Taste is flavors of real porter yeast. Some caramel notes. Coffee notes. Dry, bean/fiber properties. Very great. allmyvinyl (11414) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 1, 2017
Bomber from the Brewdog Online Shop, shared with Jeevan. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate, toffee, faint smoke, red fruit. Taste brings a touch of citrus, vanilla, more toffee. Sweet finish. VastActiv (8174) - Oulu/Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 12, 2017
Tap at BeaverEx 2017, London. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Sweetness, toffee, some dry fruits, coffee and malts. Pretty harsh too. LazyPyro (2035) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 7, 2017
660ml bottle. Pours a crystal clear golden colour with a thick off-white head. Aroma: loads of vanilla, roasted malts, chocolate and coffee. Taste: as the aroma - lots of vanilla, chocolate, roasted malt, coffee and smoke in the finish, slightly sweet with low-moderate bitterness. Medium body, smooth mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite impressed with this one, a really drinkable blonde stout.
