Head is initially small, creamy, off-white, mostly lasting.
Body is clear medium amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (cookie, toasted grain, caramel), moderately hoppy (apricot/orange/grapefruit), lightly yeasty (dough), with light notes of dried mango, gum, and cotton candy.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately to heavily bitter.
Medium body, creamy/watery texture, soft carbonation, lightly alcoholic.
Fun aroma that has interesting aspects from all components (not a one-dimensional hop bomb by a long shot). A bit abrasive in the mouth, but pretty well balanced. A good beer, but it didn’t rock me. Madsnp (933) - DENMARK - JUL 1, 2009
