Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin lazing head. The aroma is very sweet and malty with strong notes of caramel and hops. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of hops, lending it notes of peaches, citrus, and elderflowers, on a strong caramel malty background, the alcohol evident tickling the tongue, leading to a dry, bitter, and hoppy finish. Bottled (thanks to the craziest bartender ever!). Ambery golden colour with small white head. Aroma is fruity and flowery hops along with some slight alcohol and caramel malty notes. Flavour is quite much the same in a rather nice balance. Sharing a bottle on two is just about good for this, as it is indeed quite hard on ya. omhper (25243) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 3, 2012
Bottled. Hazy copper colour, minimal head. Aroma of pear and honey. Sweet and clumsy, near full bodied with clean mouthfeel. Salty and bold, slight resiny bitterness. All the things I don’t want my IPA to be. Travlr (25177) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - NOV 16, 2009
Appearance is deep amber orange with a large thick off white head and excellent lacing.
Smell is very subtle, just a bit of citrus and some floral notes.
Taste is rich malt, grapefruit, and a background of black pepper. Dry, with a moderately bitter finish.
Great body, very nice IPA, not over the top, complex flavor. Papsoe (25062) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 11, 2009

Clear amber - brown beer. Softish palate, a little dry. Low carbonation. Bitter toffee and nuts. Some repressed fruity hop. Bitterish cinnamon and bubblegum. Finishes dry with a trace of banana. A lot going on here but not coming over as that well integrated. Alright though.
