COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
keg/ bottle 2012 Prototypes release.
A 10% decadent and indulgent Imperial Russian Stout. Brewed with a copious amount of dark malts, infused with coffee beans during the boil and after fermentation and aged on cacao nibs, vanilla pods and toasted oak chips. This opulent whirl of chocolate, coffee, dark malts and hops even rivals the most colourful of imperial Faberge eggs. Originally created to celebrate the Russian Royal Family, this is a fitting tribute with which to toast your own empire.

Czarne z przeciętną, prawie brązową pianą. Aromat o przeciętnej intensywności, klasyka - czekolada, kawa, kakao, przywodzi na myśl tiramisu, trufle. Delikatny alkohol. Szkoda, bo piwo fajne.

Rami Rami is drinking a Cocoa Psycho by BrewDog at Powiśle Aromat nieintensywny, kakao, kawa, czekolada, palonosc + niuanse, dosc zlozony. W ustach dosc wytrawnie, ciut kwaskowato, duuuuzo ciala + powtorka aromatow
Rami Rami: Dlugie posmaki i w ogole super wrazenie, tylko ze to jeden z tych "niemoich" risow, nie pod gust. Doceniam go ale nie to, zebym chcial wiecej

Black, quite nice dark head. Aroma: coffe beans, cocoa, bit of malt, alcohol. Full body, heavy sweetness stand up to coffee notes. Very bitter, but whole finish is dominated by alcohol.

Pours black like motor oil from the bottle. The head is brown and foamy and slowly settles to a thin creamy layer amidst copious lacing. An imposing looking beer. The aroma is a mix of chocolate, pepper, and raw alcohol with the latter being, thankfully, not overly present. Still, it is noticeable. Taste is more coffee than chocolate, and has strong notes of raw paprika. Again, the alcohol is noticeable. The brew does not quite disguise the relatively high ABV. Overall a certain sour bitterness carries the day and there is relatively little chocolate for a brew called "Cocoa Psycho". Finishes peppery with a heavy dose of freshly cut paprika. The body is thick and there is a light to moderate carbonation that feels perfect for the style. All in all a good beer, but with a few noticeable flaws.
