Bottle from The Cave, Glasgow. Golden colour, almost no head. Aroma has flowery hops. Flavour has lemonade hops and caramel malts. Low carbonated, sweet finish. jgb9348 (6433) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - DEC 26, 2008
Nice crisp golden coloured body with an orange tint and a very thin white head - almost non-existant. Aroma of fresh malt, lemons, cleanser, a touch of sweetness and plenty of strong hops! Medium-bodied; Sharp malty flavour with a great amount of citrus fruits, alcohol and the perfect amount of hops noticeable. Aftertaste lasts quite a while - the hops and malt blend perfectly and show very well. Overall, a very nice beer - definitely worth trying if you can find it! I liked this one just on its own! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from the UtoBeer Market Stall at the Borough Market in Borough (London), England on 29-November-2008, sampled on Christmas Day (25-December-2008) at home in Washington. 330ml bottle - - Olutkellari, Helsinki - -
Liver pate aroma, a touch of pepper. Slightly thin, but also sticky sweet palate. The liver pate carries into the taste too. Heads towards marmite or bovril as it warms. Definitely salty. Very dull. 1-dimensional sticky sweet hoppiness, nothing interesting, no crispness, emasculated. Better than the Sam Smiths India Ale we had at the same time, but that is about as positive as I can get. Both are hideously sugary. The line between the BrewDog brewers heads and their arses is certainly blurred.

Bottle. Clear amber colour with a lacing, small white head. Herbal hop nose. Good bitterness, quite herbal flavours, a touch of astringent metal that cannot be hidden. Medium body. Could do with a bit more punch- probably one Brew Dog brew that will not achieve cult status Rune (13355) - Tromsø, NORWAY - NOV 20, 2008
330ml bottle from Cornelius Beer & Wine, Edinburgh. Pours a light golden body under a moderate, white head. Grass-hoppy to the nose. Plain floral hoppy flavour, ending with dry and smooth bitterness. Natural carbonation. Yeah, it really is a lager that actually taste something (Edinburgh 23.10.2008). Bottle, 33cl. Pours Pale golden, with no head or lacing. Well balanced hops and yeast, with some citrus notes, on the nose, and quite lively and zesty on the palate.

33 cL bottle at Blackfriars. Pours clear and yellow with a minimal white head. Light fruity hops aroma. Light butterish and bitter to fruity base flavour. Quite simple yet also nice and easy. Smooth and bitter finish. renffisch (891) - london, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 13, 2008
bottle at home, no head, golden colour, as far as lagers go quite sturdy, even though i wouldn’t have expected it to be quite as thin. lovely lager though.
