COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Also known as Dead Pony Club.

Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. Thats why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

Aromas of pine resin and citrus peel/oils with some background bread and slight caramel. Medium-light body and medium carbonation. Flavours of bitter pine, nutty bread and citrus. Very drinkable with tonnes of hop flavours and aromas.

19.11.2016 - Brewdog: Intensive aromas and taste. Grassy, herbal notes with hints of pepper and earth. Well made session pale ale. Less alcohol, more taste. Great

Cask. Aroma fruit hops. orange with thin top. Taste sweet to almost alco-pop proportions. In short the brewdog brand success is a mystery that does not rest with me.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2016 (Live version)Flavoursome compared to the bottled version. Brewdog had to narrow down the beer description from a twenty thousand word essay. I guess if they bottled a live beer you?d get a leaflet with it. (Bottled version) smells fairly nice but lacks flavour, infact it tastes boring and only better than most supermarket offerings.

Full pint at Brewdog, Edinburgh. real ale. Thick. Lacing white head and a hazy copper colored beer. Hop and malt aroma. Spicy hops in the flavor, very obviously a real ale. Carbonation is low. Somw citrus from the hops, and dry, bread dough.
