COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Also known as íDead Pony Clubí.

Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. Thatís why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

Aroma is very hoppy and the taste is even hoppier, yes, it has a super thin body but what do you expect? If you look on it for what it is, a low percenter that is perfect for when you want to have one (or a few) and donít want to get shit-faced. Excellent beer!

Clear honey golden with a stable off-white head. Strong fruity aroma. Clear notes of yellow fruits, grassy hops and something malty (caramel) as well. Sweetish and moderately bitter taste with lingering fruity and herbal tones. Tastewise pretty mild with a fairly long duration.

Pours clear, amber-ish, bit of white foam. Aroma is surprisingly fruity, with some nice hops - and the taste does it also justice. However, when it warms, it breaks apart and it is more difficult for me to enjoy this. I wonder if this is why I am not very big on session IPAís? Maybe I should just drink faster :)

Bottle 0.33L. Hazy, amber body with a medium, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with fair lacing. Heavy hoppy (citrus, orange, flowers) aroma with moderate-to-heavy fruity notes. Moderate-to-heavy bitter flavour, with moderate sweet and light acidic character; bitter finish. Light-to-medium body with oily texture; soft carbonation.

Has great hops on the nose with a hint of malt. Itís got a nice orange body with lttle head. Flavour is great hops with a slight hint of nutmeg. The palate is perfect for a beer with such low alcohol as this, not watery at all and quite substantial. Itís very nice and highly drinkable.
