Also known as ’Dead Pony Club’.

Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

Aroma is very fruity and fresh, mango, pineapple, grapefruit with soft carbonation.

Taste is mango, pineapple followed by malt and hops with a medium bitter finish.

Very sessionable ale would buy again.

Can. Poured clear copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate complex citrus hop aroma. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Good brew.

Clear orange colour, very small head. The aroma is incredibly fruity, very pleasant. The taste is piney and grassy, moderately bitter. Very nice beer in general, would buy again if I had the chance.

Bottle 330 ml from Tesco. Fruity aromas of peach, mango and pineapple. White head with gold-amber body full of bubbles. Taste is hoppy but quite plain. Some fruitiness, hay and subtle caramel. Bitter aftertaste. A little too watery for my taste, but not bad at all.

MRMedellin (326) - Bogota, COLOMBIA - JUL 29, 2017
Clear orange beer with standard to low carbonation and small white head. At nose the notes felt are mainly grain ones (caramel, dough, toffee) and some floral ones that are not really strong. In palate has a medium-light body with a nice balanced hoppy flavor and slightly bitter and floral aftertaste.

One of my favorite sessions.
Yes, it has low voltage, but this makes it great beer for any kind of work. Nice hoppy refreshing reward.

Voor een bier met dit percentage, verrassend lekker. Gedronken uit fles. Mooie amberkleur, ruikt goed in het glas. Prima smaak. Aanrader.
