COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Also known as ’Dead Pony Club’.

Bottle and keg: Filtered

Ingredients: Spring Blend, Cara and Crystal Malts; Simcoe, Citra and HBC hops.

This Californian Pale Ale packs a huge hoppy punch. A 21st century low amplitude, high voltage hop hit. Some people say slow is good. We believe fast is better. Being shot from a Hoppy Howitzer beats the hell out of trotting round a submissive paddock. That’s why the internal combustion engine got mounted onto two wheels. Screw down the throttle and listen for that dull banshee howl floating back from those malted mufflers. Drink fast, live fast, sleep late and rip it up down empty streets. This pale ale is chopped, tuned and ready to roll. Fuel up and hold tight, this little thoroughbred kicks like a mule. Perfect for drinking by the bottle, case or even keg.

IslandHaole (1257) - Misawa, JAPAN - JUN 19, 2017
Clear orange color brew with a small creamy head. Wonderful floral, pine and spice hop aroma. Light feel yet quite flavorful. Crisp and fairly well balanced leaning more towards hops as expected but some sweet caramel malts for a brief moment up front. Very pleasant and easy drinking.

Delikatna i krótka goryczka i niewiele więcej. Smaczna ale mało złożone.

One of the worst aftertaste’s of any beer ever. Whilst the mixed fruit taste may please some, it just reminded me of a bad boiled sweet. Style over substance here.

On tap (keg) at Blue Posts, Green Park on 03-Jun-2017 (also a couple of days later in bottle). Hazy golden amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma of tropical fruit, malt and pine. Light to medium body and carbonation. Taste is earthy, fruity and hoppy. Mango, grapefruit, melon and orange. A light bitterness to the finish. A pretty nice sessional pale ale.

Panzuriel (2199) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Appearance: Medium Amber. Nearly clear. thin ring of tiny white bubbles Nose: hop forward with citrus, earth and bits of floral. Taste: a bit dry and bitter throughout with citrus zest and floral hops. Body: lighter with active carbonation. Parting thoughts: Quite a drinkable session. I am not sure I’m the biggest fan of the hop profile, but very well done.
