Dark brown hue with a negligibly sized beige head. Enticing aroma with notes of roast, chocolate, caramel, toffee, dried cherries, and vanilla. Mid bodied with a creamy smooth texture. Delightful flavours consisting of potent caramel, chocolate, vanilla, and dried fruit, with a slightly roasty and hoppy sweet maple syrup finish. Delicious. Been sitting in my fridge for an unknown amount of time. Mmmmm sweet concoction! Chocolate, vanilla, golden raisins, toasty malts, toffee, honey on the nose. I could smell this all day. Sticky on the lips, it’s got the slightest of bite that hold a note of sharpness. Minor heat thoughts minus any alcohol - very nice. Toasty stuff, toffee, slight cinnamon zip feel, vanilla, ok sweetness. Seems to sizzle up my tongue a bit. Perfectly tight carbonation. The taste is good but this one is a sniffer. lello4ever (987) - ITALY - SEP 22, 2016
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2016 Marrone molto scuro, schiuma marroncina ampia e cremosa. Al naso davvero un buon aroma di malto tostato, dark fruits e cioccolato. Bevuta ottima con malto, caramello, cioccolato, tostatura. Dolce senza contralto di amaro. Abbastanza cremosa ma dal corpo medio, beverina. Carbonazione medio bassa. Ottima scotch Ale. mateuszk (2670) - Poznań, POLAND - AUG 22, 2016
Bottle. Dark brown in colour, thin head. Aroma of caramel, mal and some chocolate. In taste medium sweet, malty with some raisins. Medium body, soft carbonation, light bitter in the finish. CJRainerz (3) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUL 1, 2016 does not count
From bottle. Another wonderful drop from Brewdog. Pours dark with a rich head that quickly dissipates. Flavours of bitter cocoa, charred barley and coca cola strike initially with a pleasent bitterness to follow carrying sweet, almost burnt caramel notes to finish. Mouth feel is oily and thick and coats the palate. Fantastic ale.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear dark brown with a red hue and a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee and caramel. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, dark chocolate, licorice, honey, caramel, coffee and dark fruit with a dry, mildly bitter, warming alcohol finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Quite nice, very tasty. Enteogenisk (162) - Bålsta, SWEDEN - JUN 4, 2016
UPDATED: JUN 4, 2016 (33 cl bottle in wine glass.) Pours a rather dark chestnut brown with a thin and fine-looking head. Aroma has toffee/caramel and chocolate in it and the texture is really awesome. Not all convinced by the taste though which (much like the aroma) is rather thin. Feels like there?s going to happen something great but it doesn?t. Sort of ends with a chocolate caramel grainy kick that lingers for quite a while! Decided to pair it with a dram of Auchentoshan 12 :) jmgreenuk (9449) - Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA - APR 28, 2016
Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Changkat, Kuala, Lumpur. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy light tan head and some clingy lace. The aroma is rich red berry fruit, alcohol, some malt. The flavour is moderate sweet with a big fruity, light burning alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. BuckeyeBoy (7669) - Boise, Idaho, USA - MAR 20, 2016

33cl bottle. Dark brown pour with thin brown head, no lacing. Aromas of caramel, roast and coffee. Taste is sweet, bitter and full-bodied. Low carbonation, oily palate. Aftertaste is sweet and warm. Good beer, a bit too sweet for my taste.
