COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with ten different types of malt, and blended together with Scottish heather honey, it is a pantheon to the gods of intricacy and nuance; a beer that celebrates a confluence of ideas. History is written by the victors, and Dogma is Scotch Ale triumphant; evolved.
Complex, indulgent and encapsulating, Dogma gives more than a cursory nod to history, to make you ponder the very nature of beer itself.

Bottle. This isn’t really my thing, but it’s still pretty well made. I’m sure people who like the style would appreciate it more.

UPDATED: AUG 18, 2014 Very dark brown color with reddish hue, average sized tan head. Medium to full body, lively carbonation. Aroma of chocolate, coffee, honey, burnt wood, hops, oak, dark fruits, roast. Medium sweet taste, very light bitterness. Very complex. Long dry finish with coffee and oak. Excellent.

Dark brown pour with tan head. Aroma and taste are malty with an artificial sweetness. Not bad, but not something I would go for.

Very strong rich coffee aromas that leave a lovely taste in the mouth. Probably best as a one of hald on a trip to the pub. No more than a single bottke at home

Bottle at home, dark brown/black-ish beer with a small head, aroma is malts, bit of caramel. Taste is malts, pepper, bit of honey... interesting but i prefer other Brewdog beers.
