single hop simcoe IPA
This Christmas, wish for a green Christmas. Where flurries of hop flakes blanket the world like youve never seen it before. And crunching through crisp, sparkling drifts releases billows of pineapple, citrus and papaya with every step. The reign of the snow angel is over. Long live the hop angel where parks and playgrounds become adorned with the outlines of celestial beings that fell to Earth from angry looking emerald clouds. Tune in to breakfast TV to find lifes on hold for 24 hours as this hop day demands you rocket down a hill on the back of a baking tray. Or simply raise a glass of this festive IPA as we wish you a very hoppy Christmas.

Keg Third of a Pint at BrewDog, Clapham, London in Dec 2015 - Deep Clear Orangey Gold in colour. Off-white head. Slight lacing. Very Fruity; orange and grapefruit citrus and tropical fruits. Hoppy; piney hops. A bit syrupy. Mildly bitter citrus and tropical fruity hoppy throughout. Not really a Christmas beer, but it is a Good IPA! (2015-12-31)

W nosie średnio intensywnie głwnie dojrzała pomarańcza i mandarynka, sporo tu też lasu w postaci żywicy i sosny. Barwa ciemnozłota, klarowne, piana dość niska o średnich ziarnach. W smaku rześkie i wytrawne, z minimalną kontrą słodową, cytrusowe, żywiczne, trochę ananasowe. Goryczka średnia w kierunku niskiej, żywiczna. Dobre. Butelka do 21.10.2017

Bottle. Gold with a disappearing white head. Pine, grapefruit and tangerine aroma with a hint of bubblegum (not sure what thats from). Hoppy and oily to taste. Bit of malt to it but mostly those pine and fruit tastes again. Bit of mint? Slightly sweet and rather pleasant.

Color dorado, translcido, con capa de espuma blanca de un dedo de grosor (no mucha retencin). Carbonatacin mnima. Aroma tropical (mezcla de frutas), lupulado. Sabor similar, algo plano, con no demasiado amargor. Est bien, pero se queda en eso.

Tried in bottle from Real Ale Newark. Nice hoppy. See to see in the new year. Fruity Hop aroma and taste. Nice enough.
