Bottled, seasonal
single hop simcoe IPA
This Christmas, wish for a green Christmas. Where flurries of hop flakes blanket the world like you’ve never seen it before. And crunching through crisp, sparkling drifts releases billows of pineapple, citrus and papaya with every step. The reign of the snow angel is over. Long live the hop angel where parks and playgrounds become adorned with the outlines of celestial beings that fell to Earth from angry looking emerald clouds. Tune in to breakfast TV to find life’s on hold for 24 hours as this ’hop day’ demands you rocket down a hill on the back of a baking tray. Or simply raise a glass of this festive IPA as we wish you a very hoppy Christmas.

Bottled 0,33L. Ruby/orange medium hazy color, bubbly aspect with good and creamy head of long duration. Intence flavour of aged grapered fruit, soft mal, hop, yeast, pine, citrus orange and mandarine. Good and fraught equilibrate mouth with caramel, cortex, pine/honey, yeast and pleasant sweetish/bitter final.

Textura acuosa. Aroma a pomelo y naranja, bastante natural. Casi como si hubieran exprimido fruta. En boca sigue al aroma totalmente. Naranja y pomelo, ligera resina y poco más. Amargor suave al final del trago. Escaso postgusto.

[email protected], Leicester. Amber coloured beer with a good white head. The aroma is malty with some bitterness. The flavour is bitter with gentle maltiness and roastedness. Overall a nice bitter and mildly rich beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Medium white head on a slightly unclear, amber body. Tropical fruit aroma with passionfruit and pine, backed by a good malt backbone with caramel. Some spice in the finish, ripe peaches. Light sweetness, a bit salty, light to medium bitterness. Oily, medium body with slightly tingling carbonation. Very good.

p0urmeac0ld0ne (407) - Merthyr Tydfil, WALES - DEC 21, 2017
UPDATED: DEC 21, 2017 Dark, but still fresh and hoppy with that distinct BrewDog smell. Deceptive for 7.2%. Much cheaper in Morrisons than it was in the BrewDog Bar.

jjsint (3604) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 20, 2017
Keg at BrewDog Leicester. Amber/brown, translucent with a film of off-white head. Caramel malt, pine, tangerine, a little bit of sarsaparilla in the aroma. Bittersweet with pithy fruit hops to the fore. Short clean finish with Cointreau in the aftertaste. Hoppy Christmas indeed. Good stuff.
