At Brewdog Camden - 2 ruinous halves, the second courtesy of Keen Massey - cheers mate! Clear gold beer, good white head. Smooth palate, soft bit with a crisp trailing edge. Nelson Sauvin skunk. A little pine, grass and mild orange citrus. Subtle tropical fruits and then floral notes with a trace of mint. Subtle red fruits in the finish. A wonderfully complex beer, every mouthful full of interest and so dangerously drinkable with that minty coolness. Superb!
Draught at BrewDog Camden on 12 Jun 2012. Poured a clear, deep golden colour, with a thin white head. Aroma of tangerine, intense lager malt and pine. Really smooth once you take a sip, with flavours of raisins, apricots, honey, fruity esters and grain. Finish was rounded alcohol, tinned fruit and resin. Keg at BD. Pale piss yellow. Very appealing nose. Possibly Motueka? Flavour is surprisingly smooth. Melon is a good shout. Soft sweetness with much less bitterness than you might expect. The 10% is a real iron fist in a velvet glove. Would never have guessed it. Perfumed lager. Maybe a touch of parma violets. Delicious. BenH (3436) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 31, 2012
Golden with white head. Nice big hoppy aroma, pine, grapefruit, little pissy, lemon, little mustiness, little floral. Taste is a bit less sharp, malt more present and some lager yeast character comes through, still quite hoppy, citrus. Not particularly bitter, quite balanced. Alcohol nowhere to be seen. Keg at BrewDog Camden, London. Pours a bright, honey-yellow with a soft, white foam head. Lots of fresh hops in the nose, with a character very typical of BrewDog - lightly pissy with some grass and ripe citrus, orange. Nice flavor, quite bold and sweet, some strong sugars, white bread malts, grass, ripe orange, wet pine. Full bodied, slightly syrupy with fine to average carbonation. Warm to finish with definite alcohol notes, plenty of resinous pine and grass, some old urine, overripe tangerine. A very strong, sweet, interesting beer. I would never guess this is a lager.

On keg at The BrewDog Bar, Edinburgh. Pours a lemon yellow colour with a fair white head. Aroma of lemon, pine, pineapple and alcohol. Similar flavours and mildly bitter with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Lingering pineapple and alcohol. Nice and hoppy. Not bad. JohnRMurdoch (5002) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - JUL 13, 2012
Keg @ BrewDog Glasgow. Rich yellow colour, good head. Citrus pine aroma. Big flowery fruity flavour. Strong sweet citrus aftertaste. I don’t normally like beer this stron but this is a good one. markas101 (2487) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUL 17, 2012
Tap, Brewdog Camden. Medium gold, thin head. Heavily astringent aroma, lime and pine cleaner with some honey. Bitter, more honey, and celery. Finish is medium dry with a numbing end. Stuu666 (14563) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 15, 2014
Keg at Brewdog Edinburgh. Pours golden, nose is pine, grapefruit, taste is fruity, hoppy. teorn88 (7687) - Rimini, ITALY - JUL 11, 2012
Pint at Brewdog Camden. It pours a clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma is mainly hops and booze. Some floral quality to it as well. Taste is lightly cereals, some flowery notes and hops. Booze is quite obvious but in a good way. Body id quite full with good carbonation. Overall, interesting but not my favuorite style for sure.
