One of our favourite American hops; all about the fruit. Think blood orange, orange zest and citrussy goodness fruit, the fruit is balanced by floral notes in the most classic of new wave IPA hops.

330 ml bottle. #065. BB 11/03/15. William K Kurvi, Helsinki, Finland. Clear deep golden colour with a tiny off-white head. Fruity, piney and mildly resiny hoppy, moderately bitter and mildly malty aroma. The flavour is piney, woody and resiny hoppy, some maltiness and some sweetness. Bottle consumed at Cropredy ’Fairports Annual Reunion’ Festival, Cropredy, Oxon, Thursday 7th August 2014 Pours clear warm gold, really is excellent clarity, a touch of honey bitterness good but under a malty leash. Nicely hoppy, but goes well with smoked almonds. A very good beer but smoother and less crisp than expected. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Bouteille 33cl, batch# 065, BB 11/03/2015.
