Bottle - Slight hazy orange colour, medium white head, good retention and lacing. Fruity and resinous hops scent with peach, pine, grass, lemon zest and some biscuit, slight caramel. Taste is fruity and bitter, peach, orange peel, tangerine, some caramel. Medium body, average carbonation, fresh grassy bitter finish. Decent IPA. HopRedHead (397) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - JUN 27, 2013
Tap at Brew Dog Camden. Pours golden orange with a short off-white head. Nose is passionfruit and mangos, really fruity. Taste is sweet, nice hoppy profile with a light caramel malt stickiness. Solid bitterness and well carbonated, good beer. BOSSbrewer (2705) - Arkansas, USA - AUG 1, 2013
Very nice ipa. Amarillo really comes through. Clean. Slightly sweet. Very nice finish. Had at BrewDog Bristol. Great place. SimplySike (1490) - The Hague, NETHERLANDS - APR 21, 2014
33cl. Bottle. Idiosynkrasie (7423) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - MAY 6, 2014
Poors clear orange with white head.
Aroma grapefruits, citrus, pine, floral, some caramel.
Taste pint citrus bitter, floral sweets. Again mostly hop, but bit more balanced.
Mouthfeel oily, dry.
4th of 4. The best one of this series.
330ml bottle. Clear, orangey deep golden to amber colour with average to huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, orange, orange zest, some grapefruit, a touch of pine. Taste is citrusy and moderately bitter hoppy, notes of lemon, orange, orange zest, a touch of pine, a floral touch, caramel malty basis. Excellent exposition of the Amarillo qualities. Definitely the best of this year’s series and probably one of the best single hop IPAs you can get.

Poured off a 330ml bottle from bottle dog.
There’s a reason why Amarillo is seen in almost every other IPA. It’s perfect. This is definitely the best in the IPA is Dead series.
Pours a clear golden with a head that didn’t last long. Seems to be a recurring theme in the IPA is Dead series.
Beautiful grapefruit, pine and mango aroma. Exactly what I look for in an American style over hopped IPA.
Tastes of all things citrusy and good. The malt is perfectly balanced by the late bitterness. Light to medium bodied.
Too bad they don’t do single bottles of this outside the series. Amarillo is one of my favourite hops, and this IPA is its perfect showcase.

På fat. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, tropisk frukt, honung med inslag av tropisk frukt. Rund, len med fin beska. Välbalanserad. TheCametron (2480) - CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 27, 2014
Bottle. Pours slightly hazy Amber with a White head. Aroma is citrus, pine and malt. Tastes cracking. Tidy IPA. It almost falls outside the experimental nature of the range. By applying Amarillo, it just turns in to a bang-on IPA. Amarillo doesn’t need to be discovered because it’s already a celebrity. Delicious. undercurrent25 (2130) - Barnton, Cheshire, ENGLAND - MAY 31, 2014
Pours a pale colour, taste is herbal and hoppy with some lavender, soft on the palate Piero1987 (686) - Iglesias, ITALY - JUN 30, 2014
Amber color with big head. Nice zesty and tangerine aroma, also caramel malt. Nice bitterness balanced by alchool and caramel malt.
