Rated based on notes taken 17 Aug 2014 -- Great IPA ...delicate and fruity ... dare I say melon and citrus? Almost no bitterness .. I like.

ALLOVATE (3015) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - MAY 31, 2015
A little over the consume-by date, but what the heck.
At just on cool an into a snifter. Pastel orange in colour with good clarity. Head diminishes to a thin white lather. Subtle mango, lemon myrtle, lemongrass and eucalypt in the aroma with a pronounced floral perfume. Tangy, fruity palate. There is a touch of green apple, white grapes, peach and pinewood. Quite light with an English malt flair coming through all toasty and sunny. Musk candy and candied mango add to the list as does some mint, fresh cracked pepper and eucalypt. Moderately bitter but it drops off quickly. Clean and balanced. Light and effortless. A melter for 7.2% ABV. (33cL, BB 19/03/15, The Liquor Shed, Jandakot)

Da série IPA is Dead de 2014, sem dúvida, a melhor. Muito saborosa, refrescante, frutada e com amargor muito equilibrado com os 7,2% ABV.

19.4.2014. Clear pale colour, almost no head. Fruity aroma, however, which is not very strong, also citrus and malts. Taste has pine, grapefruit. Quite straightforward IPA, not as good as fruitier Amarillo.
