Bottle 33 cl. Slightly hazy golden with an off-white head leaving some lacework. Intense, greasy, herbal hop aroma. Ends distinctly bitter. I’m not convinced that Galaxy is all that suited as a single hop. 280412 madmitch76 (24789) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 17, 2013

Clear amber beer with a decent pale cream coloured head. Palate is semi soft and semi dry. A little hop skunk and bitter pine and then great fruits. Mango and fruit salad sweets - slightly sharp. Smooth finish with a mellow bitter linger. This is the flavour I heard described the first time I heard about Galaxy hops - but none of the beers really delivered it until now. Nice one Brewdog!
