Ruthless India Pale Ale
Start with a colossal grapefruit aroma. Pile on bitterness after thumping bitterness, and ride the anarchy wherever it takes you. The caramel razor is sharp, but the resinous bite drills straight through your taste buds. For revelling in the mediocre, raising hell and reaping the commercial rewards, Jack Hammer is the end of the line. The hopped-up, pucker-mouthed terminal extreme of craft brewing. This beer is bitter. Very bitter. If you push that button, don’t say we didn’t warn you…
Ingredients: Extra Pale malt, Centennial & Columbus hops, dry hopped to 200+ theoretical IBUs with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Amber pour with an average head. Spiky tropical aroma with citrus. Grapefruit flavours with a ton of bitterness. Very lingering finish that stays with you for a while. Does the job.

A more apt name than ’Punk’, which is of course anything but, this is a hoppy pneumatic drill, bashing bitterly on your temples for the last third of the bottle until all caramel imperiosity is long forgotten.

4.3
Ysok02 (1913) - Mons, BELGIUM - APR 17, 2017

4.7
radassace (424) - SCOTLAND - APR 16, 2017
330ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden amber with a small white head. Nose is sweet caramel malt, pithy grapefruit , orange zest and hops. Medium carbonation, chunky mouth feel. Sweet caramel malt, biscuit malt taste, leading into huge hopp bitterness. Piney and resinous on the palate, with massive grapefruit and apricot hit. Very satisfying and punchy !
