Ruthless India Pale Ale
Start with a colossal grapefruit aroma. Pile on bitterness after thumping bitterness, and ride the anarchy wherever it takes you. The caramel razor is sharp, but the resinous bite drills straight through your taste buds. For revelling in the mediocre, raising hell and reaping the commercial rewards, Jack Hammer is the end of the line. The hopped-up, pucker-mouthed terminal extreme of craft brewing. This beer is bitter. Very bitter. If you push that button, don’t say we didn’t warn you…
Ingredients: Extra Pale malt, Centennial & Columbus hops, dry hopped to 200+ theoretical IBUs with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Bottle at home. It pours mostly clear golden with a creamy white head. Floral and grassy hoppy aroma. Citrus fruits. Caramel malts. Sweet and bitter hoppy flavor. Grassy and citrusy. Spruce and resin. Long bitter grapefruit like finish.

Beautiful IPA, great bittermess that borders on too bitter, but this is perfect. Grapefruit? apricot? I don’t know but I love it.

Dark Golden color, aroma citrus and pine, nice head, flavour with some swetness, but with an amazing bitterness.

Botella. Brewdog últimamente me defrauda...

WYGLĄD: Barwa złota, klarowne. Pian drobno i średnio pęchjerzykowa, wysoka.
AROMAT: Intensywny. Cytrusowo-trawiasto-ziołowy. W tle karmel i odrobina alkoholu.
SMAK: Ziołowo-karmelowe. Na finiszu cytrusy. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej, długa.

Dommage ...

Aroma a frutas tropicales, pomelo y pino.

ChtiBreizh (456) - Rennes, FRANCE - MAY 1, 2015
Golden and little cloudy. Small white head. Aroma is citrus and pine. Little malt sweetness then smashing resinous bitterness. Dry finish. A little too much on the resin. Not as pleasant as smoother ipas.

Aromat: totalny grejpfrut, cytrusy, trochę żywicy Wygląd: idealnie klarowne złoto Smak: totalnie niczym nie zakłócony - czysty aromat, smak chmielu. głównie cytrusowy ze świetną goryczką. Świetne west coast ipa.

Lukasmh (810) - Aarhus, DENMARK - APR 26, 2015
Bottle. Pours crystal clear with nice, slight cream, head. Aroma is fresh and juicy hops. Pine, grape, fruits, elderflower and peach. Subtle sweet caramel malts. Taste is juicy hops, resinous, sweet peach, citrus, slight grassy. The caramel malts is there, but gets overpowered by the fresh hops. Really bitter mouthdrying finish. Oily medium body.
