Ruthless India Pale Ale
Start with a colossal grapefruit aroma. Pile on bitterness after thumping bitterness, and ride the anarchy wherever it takes you. The caramel razor is sharp, but the resinous bite drills straight through your taste buds. For revelling in the mediocre, raising hell and reaping the commercial rewards, Jack Hammer is the end of the line. The hopped-up, pucker-mouthed terminal extreme of craft brewing. This beer is bitter. Very bitter. If you push that button, don’t say we didn’t warn you…
Ingredients: Extra Pale malt, Centennial & Columbus hops, dry hopped to 200+ theoretical IBUs with Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe.

Morate probati!

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/8/2017. Pours crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, honey, lightly toasted bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Large spiced pine, citrus rind, peppery, herbal, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passionfruit, mango, melon, berry, lemon/orange rind, pepper, pine, honey, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an awesome IPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, despite the increasing bitter/resinous/drying finish. Aggressive as hell, classic west coast style example. Extremely dank/vibrant hops with a nice solid pale malt backbone. Loved the hop profile. A highly enjoyable offering.

Pours light orange from the bottle. Frothy white head that lingers. Aroma is unwashed armpit, citrus, apricot. Taste is bittersweet up front but quickly moves into a long bitter citric finish full of grapefruit and resin. A bit too bitter for me. Body is medium with moderate carbonation. Smooth and refreshing. Overall pretty good except for that armpit aroma, although it did lessen after some time in the glass.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2018 330 ml bottle. Appearance is a slightly hazy orange gold shade, topped with 1 finger of quickly dissipating white froth. Aromas are dominated by grapefruit and citrusy hops. Taste starts off grapefruit sweet, then the bittersweetness bites and then it's all intensely piney and resinous bitter to a long finish. Medium bodied, slightly fizzy.

Hazy golden, average white head with nice lacing. Blast of citrus and pine aroma. Bitter at first, then potent citrusy flavour, finish dry and bitter. Low to medium carbonation. Hoppiest beer I have tasted so far. Simply amazing!

Big heavy with alcohol. Powerful not for the faint hearted. One is enough! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bestiota que no està ben equilibrada... li faltaria més subtilesa en aroma i amargor.
