August 2017 - Bottle share at One Canada Square. Huge thanks! As 'BrewDog Devine Rebel Mortlach Reserve 2008', 12.5%, #416/1000. Pours brown with a red hue, translucent, foamy light brown head. Aroma is red berries and toffee, sugary, light whisky. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is whisky up front, sugary, spicy and woody, slightest oxidation, molasses. Finishes papery with more whisky. Nice stuff. (7-4-7-4-15=3.7)

Bottle split at L42, big thanks to Kenny for this vintage numero, 23/08/17. Dark mahogany brown with a decent tan cap to a swirl. Nose is light oxidisation, spice, oxo cubes, biscuit, malts, cocoa, toffee, mellow barrel ... holding up well for the age. Taste comprises mellow darl fruit rinds, spice, toffee, molastic pinch, faded barrel, tannins, boozy tunes. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a rising boost. Decent .. great to try .. has held up well.

McNeillR (2333) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - SEP 12, 2014
UPDATED: SEP 13, 2014 Cherry wine red, clear but heavy looking - wee thin bubbly skin. Sticky sherry apple action - green and chewy nose. Vibrant still, eased out on the cask action probably muddled a bit on actual distilled bite. Steamy malt and shining booze on the finish. Doing well.
