Best of the night at Pizzeria Paradiso in Dupont Circle. Shared with Brian and Jose. Dark reddish brown, cloudy. Tastes like a smoky and complex scotch ale. Burnt caramel edges and nice long finish. Odd plastic label Find this one.

Cloudy red - brown beer. Sweet rich malt provides a heady mix of Port wine and Cherry Brandy! Then sweetish toffee - caramel. Touch of peach and other yellow fruits. Finishes with sweetish hops and a little aniseed alcohol. Nice mix of flavours!

omhper (26043) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - SEP 27, 2009
Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy reddih brown, no head. Smokey and fruity. Very sweet. Solidly malty with clean mouthfeel. Smokey and hoppy, but most of all extremely sweet. Sugar takes over giving severe inky edges in the hugely bitter finish. Completely out of balance.
