This 5.2% complex yet unpretentious ale is our birthday salute to Moshi Moshi Records; at 15 years old theyre not old enough to drink it, but if they were, we know theyd love it as much as we do. A rich biscuity malt base takes the bassline, with the odd caramel pop and slap. Heavy hop riffs play on top; resinous resonance from the rhythm guitar, and the bitter notes we love so much on lead.
Thats enough of the musical metaphors. Stick a record on, sit back, and enjoy this beer.
