Shame it seem to be a Limited edition.

Amazing IPA with interesting aroma and aftertaste. On tap at BrewDog Birmingham. Had quite the nice time drinking this one. Prokroustis (745) - Thessaloniki, GREECE - JUL 1, 2014
Clear amber body, small white head. Mellow bittersweet aroma with lemon, caramel, grassy and dusty hops, blackberries and leather. Full body, perfect carbonation. Flavour has blueberries, coriander, orange, alcohol, a hint of liqueur. Unique and exciting. Craftmember (41) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 22, 2015

What a beauty this old world ipa is!
It pours a gorgeous old gold with a thin moussy slightly offwhite head.
Your nose dives straight away in a world of fruit, hops, honey, hay, damp cloth, sweet orange, malt and yeast.
The taste is a beautiful balance between sweet and bitter: sweet and bitter fruits, honey, orange peel, apple, a light calvados-like warming glow, infact a very poetic ipa, not extreme but its subtle beauty knocks your cloggs right off! No more words are necessary, this ode to the old style ipa is a class on its own...( I can’t help wondering: did it better its betters?)
Thanks Brewdog! Love it!

North Point, Total Wine. Deep copper color, white head. Awesome lace. Aroma of unseasoned, slow cooked meats, cooked barley malt husk, caramel, light floral hops. Flavor is of sweet barley malt, dominating malt flavors, some earthy leather, very little hop floral character in the flavoring. Perfectly well balanced, amazing character and backbone. Finishes with a creeper of bitterness, coats the palate. I’m glad I got a second one of these to give to my father the hophead for Christmas. I hope he enjoys this, I enjoyed mine. Beery Christmas Eve.
Bottle @ Countbeer thx to him. Clear golden amber colour with a small off-white head. Smells hops, pine, resin, fresh, fruity, grapefruit, wet towel. Tastes swimming pool, fresh, hoppy, bitter, slightly pine.. Quite nice. Medium body, nice carbo. Lovely beer. flying_pig (1571) - SCOTLAND - JAN 20, 2014

English hops and a strong citrus and floral notes that have a good balance between them but the hops come out very slightly stronger. As the beer settles some the malt character of the beer becomes more apparent with some biscuit notes coming through, as do some grassy hops and toffee with a bitterness to round things off with.
Bright amber with a thumb sized, creamy looking, foamy white head that holds as a nice dome shape & leaves good lacing too.
Very bitter taste, with plenty of floral flavours and a strong mix of English hops coming with some citrus. Some malts also come through but the caramel malts, some earthy flavours and a little sweetness all come through together with some subtle alcohol right at the end.
Medium to full one and definitely a lot thicker than I had been expecting with plenty of bitterness coming through on top of a very smooth, crisp mouthfeel and carbonation is soft.
A great beer from Brewdog and more of what I expect from the brewery. The palate is great and filled with plenty bitterness and a subtle hit of alcohol towards the end.
660cl bottle courtesy of myself at the 1st Shrewsbury Bottle Share Jan 14. Presents a unique range of flavours unlike any IPA I’ve had before with a bracing, almost tangy bitterness tickling the back of the palette. Earthy malts, a little grapefruit perhaps, a teasing sweetness.. every sip is alluring and makes you want to delve a bit deeper. If this is an accurate reflection of IPAs 200 years ago those guys in India had one hell of a beer to look forward to. chickenflea (351) - Oviedo, Florida, USA - MAY 20, 2012
This is one of the better IPAs I have had lately. Looks more like a Scotch ale than an IPA. Aroma is malty and earthy. Medium head. Hop bitterness is perfect. Malty sweet like an Imperial IPA, though. Grainy and substantial. Chewy and thick. Carbonation is medium and cuts the sweetness on the tongue. A fascinating beer and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. A good IPA , old world style, malty aroma and flavor, strong one and well balanced. Medium carbonation, and excellent head retention. Will drink it again, definitively.
