Imperial Stout aged in American Bourbon Barrels for 12 months. A schizophrenic translatlantic son of a bitch of a beer. Huge, decadent imperial stout clashes in the most beautiful way with the best incarnation of the American Dream since Nixon choked on a cheeseburger. We think this might just be the best Paradox ever. Available in both keg and bottle.

Kosmokrator (849) - ITALY - MAR 29, 2016
Mostruosa!

Mjp12 (2119) - York, North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - MAR 26, 2016
From an aged bottle, it pours Matt black, with a light tan head. There is a spicy vanilla barrel influenced aroma, with just hints of the bourbon. The taste is buttery vanilla stout, with the bourbon giving a slight burn on the finish. Not especially sweet, this is a dangerously drinkable 15% beer.

[ As BrewDog Paradox Heaven Hill ].
Clear dark black color with a small to average, frothy - creamy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing to lasting, beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, raisin, plum, prune, soy sauce, alcohol, licorice. Flavor is heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, prune, plums, raisin, dark malt, molasses, alcohol, wood. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20141013]

SkillsFactory (738) - ITALY - FEB 16, 2016
Batch 079, best before 21/03/24, aperta il 16 Febbraio 2016.

SeniorZozo (1576) - Budapest, HUNGARY - FEB 15, 2016

indrekr (620) - ESTONIA - FEB 12, 2016

Bawelt (874) - Lyon, FRANCE - FEB 10, 2016
Excellente. Jolie.

Rask0lnikov (1574) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - FEB 6, 2016
Dark brown colour. Head disapears remarkably quickly. Coffee, smoke, whiskey, caramel in the aroma. Bread, caramel at first. Whiskey in the middle. Coffee, dark fruits in finish. Heavy bodied, not so well balanced, rather over carbonated, powerful imperial stout.
