This fresh, full flavour natural beer is our tribute to the classic IPAs of yester-year. The post modern twist is the addition of amazing fruity hops giving an explosion of tropical fruit flavours and a sharp bitter finish.

An India Pale Ale from Scotland. That’s a cool thought. Tastes a bit spicy on the aftertaste.

Tap. Good head. Good lacing. Good balance of hops and malts. Earthy. Should pair well with food

This is one of my favourite IPAs ever. Pours a clear golden bewerage. Looks like an average lager, but is so much more. Tickles my nose with grapefruit, honey, bread and blossoms. A taste that reminds me of sweet summerloving with a bittersweet taste of eternal love. More grapefruit! Drink it, enjoy it, love it!

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2015 Golden, little foam. Very fruity aroma, mango, pineapple. Taste is about similar, pine. Medium bitterness for an ipa. Nice but body is a bit thin and finish a bit short.

Jälkimaku on varsin kevyt, ehkä hieman tahmainen.

Big frothy open head. Golden colour. Grassy nose and big grassy bitter bite. Nice balanced and subtle sour edge which had me checking the label for wheat, but there is none. I would say new world Ipa in style - it doesn’t the have up front fruit but it’s bitter and sour gives it a pleasing pamplemousse quality.

Clear golden beer with a thin white head and a sharp hoppy aroma. Flavour is likewise, with a bit of grapefruit in there. Crisp, refreshing.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s, Crossgate Moor, £1.90/330ml Middle amber in colour. The aroma is strong but pleasant, damp leaves and ripe fruits. First taste is bitter, giving way to very pleasant tropical fruitiness with Amarillo flavour coming through. Very smooth drinking. A fashionable beer but justifiably so.

Still ’New’ Punk to me, this is a well ramped down version which is more emancipated with more malt and an almost gingery spiciness. Civilised and decent but such a pale imitation of once was. As punk as Rick Astley.
