IPAgutten79 (950) - Skui, NORWAY - JUN 25, 2015
Gylden farge med medium høyde på skummet. Aroma av sitrus og noe grapefrukt og vannmelon. Smaken er hovedsaklig sitrus. Tynn/medium konsistens. Mild bitterhet, lite karbonert. Nokså tørr på tunga.

gunnar (9324) - Sandnes, NORWAY - JUN 19, 2015
Bottle from Det Gode Brygg, Sandnes. Pours clear golden with a small creamy white head. Aroma of citrus, weak but still there. Taste is light dry fruity, crisp finish, ordinary apa.

larsga (7602) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUN 16, 2015
Big offwhite head. Clear amber body with strong carbonation. Resiny gooseberry aroma with herbal mango notes. Sweet spicy resiny taste with gooseberry notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dry gooseberry and wood aftertaste with spicy mango notes. Nice, drinkable, balanced. Perhaps a little low on flavour, but certainly an easy-drinking beer. (0.33l bottle, from Meny Strømmen.)

Bottle from Ica Storo enjoyed at home
Light copper, white head. Smell of citrus, grapefruit, grapes and cat pee. Light to moderate sweet, very dry, citrus flavors, medium bitter, zesty tail. Agressive hops, but the base is not quite there. Just ok

ClubGonzo (5685) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 11, 2015
Bottle from ICA Maaseskjæret, Bergen. Pours a clear deep golden-amber body with a medium white head. Nose is grass, melon, red fruits, butterscotch, caramel and hints of biscuits, herbs and perfumy floral notes. Taste is raisins, butterscotch, grass, straw, herbs and hints of caramel, pine, bread and red fruits. Light to medium body, medium to soft carbonation. This one seems almost a bit oxidized, and I imagine it to be well fresher with some less shelf life behind it. Nevertheless, no winner here from BrewDog.

Beer5000 (6598) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JUN 3, 2015
330 ml bottle. Practically clear golden/orange body with a firm off-white head. Nice citric and tropical fruit aroma with a hint of caramel malt. Flavor is exactly what to expect from a fresh Brewdog APA with this kind of aroma. Plain and nice, straight forward citric fruity, grapefruit, smooth malt and pleasant bitterness. Starting to get a bit bored with millions of APA and session IPA hitting the shelf’s these days I have to admit that Brewdog really know how to make this kind of beers. Nothing to get excited over, but damned refreshing after a working day.

Look; off white low hue, clear dark golden body, poor lacing. Aroma; brown roasted malts, brown toffee, fat and oily hops, castrol premium resin with broad range of peaches. Taste; fresh leafy hops, apricotish resin, roasted malts, rubbery toffee. Feel; solid. Overall; typical premium brewdog barking at me. Klar gyllen farve med lys skum. Lukt av malt, karamell, sitrus, gress og humle. Smak av malt, karamell, sitrus og gress. Fruktig, maltet og humlet avslutning. Det Gode Brygg.

Bottle. An almost clear beer, pale amber in color, and topped by a finger-thick off-white head leaving some curtains. Elegant citrusy, tropical aroma as soon as the cork pops, but when sticking the nose into the glass, it’s too much on the malty side. Caramel notes, bread and an almost sugary touch. But the hops that are present are quite lovely. It’s too bready on the palate too, rather dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Nice hoppy flavors of tropical fruits like peaches and mango, and a pleasant grapefruit and orange peel touch. Long finish with a subtle and balanced bitterness. Sure not the most exciting store strength hop forward beer I’ve had, but it’s decent and easy drinkable. 150519
