Bottle shared with mattyb83. Pours a light copper with a two finger white head. Aroma reminiscent of what a Co-op smells like. Herbal, slight pine, some grapefruit, urine(?). The mouthfeel is rather on the chalky side of things. Resinous hop profile, consisting of a lot of pine, bitter ruby red grapefruit, herbs, and vitamin B-complex. Finished my beer. So far no boner. Will update rating as needed. hirigalzkar (3127) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - JUN 13, 2011
Bottle. A little too much of everything really. No balance. No drinkability. But I guess you can’t go completly wrong with this ammount of hops. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 13, 2011
bottle from Rudolf. herbal aroma, jasmine, pot pourri, whatever horny goat weed might possibly smell like. citrusy hops, orange zest/ marmalade. a tive mouthfeel, tongue tickler, brash bitterness, as expected from brewdog, great score rudy Benzai (15446) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - JUN 13, 2011
Fine beer, felt good on my tongue when I drank it. Something in the smell kind of irritated me though. It dimmed the hops a little. Hair6a11 (1481) - Illinois, USA - JUN 12, 2011
Bottle; Pour is murky dark gold with a fairly nice off white head that retains fairly well; spotty lacing in this glass- the nose is so pungent. Heavy piney, grapefruit, cat piss nose; flavor profile is a bit on the sweet side; pine, mango, grapefruit, cat piss, sweet breads; I’m not a big fan of their IPA line, honestly and this blend hasn’t changed my mind, really.

Bottle given to me by my sister & brother in law for my birthday - thanks! Gold body, light tan head. Nose is herbal & grassy - kinda cough drop-esque with lemon balm & pine. Flavor is earthy herbs, quite peppery and piney, a big hit of caramel maltiness. This is really bitter stuff with a ton of pine & herbs in the finish. Its huuuuuuuuge. fonefan (48623) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUN 8, 2011

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, herbs, orange - citrus, dakr fruit, white pepper. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy, herby hops, peppery, dark citrus fruity. Body is medium, texture is ily, carbonation is soft.
Tap @ Ølfestival 2011.ClubGonzo (5668) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUN 7, 2011
Pours nice deep dark golden with a small, creamy, off-white film head. Aroma is herbal, sweet resiny hops, oregano and thyme. Light vinious as well. High carbonation, fine dry and light creamy palate. Flavour is lightly hoppy, some mint, oregano, thyme and pine. Very weird, but also quite drinkable.
Tap sample @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2011. So this is the latest hype machine from BrewDog. Could, as always with these guys, be interesting. Clear amber body, medium off-white head. Aroma is peaches, mango, cat piss and pale malts. Taste is mango again, grass, herbs and cat piss - this scent has been haunting me since I started the festival day with Evil Twin’s Cats Piss...nevertheless, NZ hops seem to be all the rage these days... Nice and smooth; this is a pretty damn drinkable wedding present for those royal people over in Britain. Now if you’all exuse me; I’m gonna down about 8 more tokens worth of this stuff, lock myself in the bathroom and admire my endless erection. :-P Ungstrup (37231) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 5, 2011
Draft. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of hops and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish.
